Where is Boxwood Equestrian located?

We are located at 28699 Roelker Rd, Wright City, MO 63390. Turn into the gravel driveway with the "Mechlin Farm" sign.
Are you accepting new clients?

Yes! We are accepting new clients in all areas, including lessons, boarding, leases, and show services.
Do you offer beginner lessons?

Yes! Whether this is your first time on a horse or you've been riding since you could walk, we offer lessons for all skill levels.
Do you offer English or Western riding lessons?

Our instructors specialize in Hunters, Jumpers, and Equitation. However, if you have your own Dressage or Western saddle, we can accommodate basic riding lessons. We are not currently able to provide Dressage or Western tack.
What should I bring to my lesson?

For your lesson, please wear long pants (preferably breeches) and closed-toe shoes with a one-inch heel. Tall English riding boots or paddock boots with half chaps are preferred. We also have lesson helmets available, but always suggest you purchase your own helmet that is perfectly fitted to you.
Do you offer packages for lessons and training?

Yes! We have various packages available for both lessons and training. Please visit our "Lessons" and "Training" pages for more information.
Can I board my horse without them participating in the training program?

At this time, we only have stall availability for horses that will be participating in the Boxwood Equestrian Training Program. Please reach out to us with any questions.
Can I host a clinic or rent your facilities?

Yes! We offer all-day rentals of our premium facilities, including our indoor and outdoor arenas. For clinics, visit the "Clinics" page. For other events, visit the "Facilities" page.
Do you offer trail rides, birthday parties, or children's camps?

We do not typically offer activities such as trail riding, birthday parties, or children's camps. However, we can make some exceptions for children's birthday parties. Please reach out for more information.
